Sheldon Gaskell is an instructor in the First-Year Rhetoric and Writing Program. His interests include writing studies, nature writing, film, contemporary fiction and poetry, identity politics, postmodernism, approaches to creativity and style in writing, and the effects of technology on the human mind. When not teaching, he also edits manuscripts for independent authors and drafts poetry, fiction, and drama.
