Work

Meghan writes fiction and teaches classes in creative writing and first-year rhetoric and composition. Her first novel, The Long Fire, was a semifinalist for the VCU Cabell First Novelist award, and her second novel, From Hell to Breakfast, is forthcoming in 2019. Her short writing has appeared in The Atlantic, Hayden’s Ferry Review, and Fourteen Hills. She has an MFA in fiction from the University of Arizona, and has been teaching at UCCS since 2005.
