Celeste Delbar, M.A.
Work and Education
Celeste Delbar teaches first-year rhetoric and writing courses in the English Department at UCCS. Her courses often address issues in society such as: technology and AI, the purpose of higher-ed, social media and linguistic diversity. Her prior experiences directing tutoring, accessibility services, and writing centers come together in her classroom, where she draws on those experiences to individualize learning and make the classroom experience accessible and engaging to all students. Professor Delbar’s scholarly interests include: the reading-writing relationship, digital literacies, and multimodal rhetorics.
